The ceremony will take place near the northeast corner of Market and Third Streets.<\/p>\n<p>Here is a <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"http:\/\/youtube.com\/watch?v=53fqZBmx-s4&amp;feature=youtu.be\"><strong>link <\/strong><\/a><\/span>to a YouTube video about Miss Dalley&#8217;s boarding house. Gouverneur Morris, the \u201cPenman of the Constitution\u201d, boarded at Miss Dalley\u2019s boarding house during the summer of 1787 when he drafted the final version of the Constitution and the Preamble.<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"Miss Dalley Boarding House\" width=\"688\" height=\"387\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/53fqZBmx-s4?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Historian Richard Brookhiser will be the keynote speaker at the free event. We will have an honor guard and fife and drum corps. The City of Philadelphia will be shutting down marker street to accommodate the crowds.
