38th Annual Florida Antiquarian Book Fair

Mark your calendars: the 38th Annual Florida Antiquarian Book Fair (the “Book Fair”) will run from April 26 – April 28 in downtown St. Petersberg.

This year StatutesandStories.com was granted media credentials and will be posting about the Book Fair. We are particularly looking forward to meeting many of our book dealer friends and colleagues from across the country. Statutesandstories.com also anticipates participating in Book Fair programing.

The Book Fair is the oldest and largest antiquarian book fair in the Southeastern United States and the third largest in the nation.

Over 100 booksellers from all over the country will be offering books of every description from very rare to reading copies, covering every conceivable subject. In addition to antiquarian books, venders also offer maps, prints, ephemera, autographs and more.

When you buy an antiquarian book, whether signed or otherwise, it is reassuring to know that you are dealing with members of the Florida Antiquarian Booksellers Association (FABA).

FABA dealers are some of the most knowledgeable in the business and subscribe to a stringent Code of Ethics.

Of course, The Coliseum in downtown St. Peterburg is a beautiful, historic venue on Florida’s Gulf Coast. Minutes away from some of the best beaches in the world, the Fair is also convenient to local museums and countless Florida attractions.
