Miss Dalley’s boarding house – unveiling ceremony
Today at 12:30, the Constitution House marker will be unveiled at the northeastern corner of Market and Third Street in Philadelphia. The marker honors Gouverneur Morris, the “Penman of the Constitution” who boarded at Miss Dalley’s boarding house with Alexander Hamilton (Publius) and Elbridge Gerry (the Federal Farmer).
